UK Gang Attacking Christians

From Echo:
A councillor attacked by a gang of drunk Muslim men targeting “white Christians” no longer comes into Liverpool for a night out.

One witness feared Amin Mohmed, Mohammed Patel and Faruq Patel were ISIS terrorists as they rampaged through the city centre targeting strangers.

Their victims included St Helens councillor Paul Lynch, who was “sucker” punched to the ground, as his terrified girlfriend tried to protect him.

He revealed how he feared the impact of the assault would cost him his election victory in the town’s Moss Bank ward in May 2016.

Liverpool Crown Court heard Cllr Lynch and his fiancée had been out for a meal and drinks and were about to get a taxi home.

But Cllr Lynch was confronted by Mohmed, 24, in Renshaw Street, who asked if he had a bottle of water, before turning away.

Mohmed suddenly turned round and - without a word of warning - hit him with an “extremely forceful punch” to the head.

Laughing Faruq, 19, who unlike his friends was not convicted of a racial or religious motive, filmed the unprovoked attack.

Paul Treble, prosecuting, said the footage captured Mohmed punch Mr Lynch with a “sickening blow” that could be “seen and heard”.
