The frequency of suicide attacks in the Far-North region has prompted the Cameroonian army to suspect some complicity between some inhabitants of the war zone and terrorists of Boko Haram.

“What we are witnessing is an intensification of suicide bombings while the murderers seem to be short of logistics, which push them to rush their criminal. In face of this new situation, the watchfulness of the population is highly required,” the Spokesman of the MINDEF, Colonel Didier Badjeck declared.

According to him “these terrorists are forced to leave some houses where there a suspicion of complicity in these zones between inhabitants and terrorists Boko Haram”, he underlined.

In the month of June alone, there were recorded in the Far-North 15 suicide-attacks which claimed the lives some 30 people.
